Rachel Gebhart was born and raised in Washington County, Maryland.  Rachel attended Salisbury University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Political Science. She then attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was selected as a Rose Zetzer Fellow in the Women, Leadership, and Equality Program for 2014-2015. Rachel graduated cum laude from law school in 2015 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar that same year. She was later admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2021.

Rachel is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and a former co-chair of publications for Maryland Defense Counsel. She focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability claims in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Rachel currently resides in Carroll County, Maryland. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Blue.
