Matt Fioravante concentrates his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability claims in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Matt was born and raised in the Baltimore area. He attended Towson University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2015. In 2018, Matt graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During his time in law school, Matt participated in the Bronfein Family Law Clinic where he gained litigation experience providing pro bono representation to low-income clients in protective order and child custody hearings. Following law school, Matt worked as an associate attorney at a civil litigation firm where he represented plaintiffs in civil matters throughout Maryland.

Matt was admitted to the Maryland bar in 2018 and the Washington, D.C. bar in 2020. Matt is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.

Matt is an active member of the Calvert Hall College High School alumni association. He is also a board member of the Zachary RH Berkheimer Charitable Organization which focuses on providing financial aid and scholarships to middle school and high school students throughout Maryland.
