Kathryn (“Kate”) H. Beckham

Kate Beckham was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. Kate is a two-time alumnus of American University. Go Eagles! After earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University, Kate discovered her love for law while working at a litigation firm. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law.

During law school, Kate gained knowledge through practical experiences that continued cultivating her interest in litigation through roles in private practice and public interest organizations in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. One of these experiences was clerking for GodwinTirocchi during her 1L summer. After graduating from law school, Kate rejoined the GT team as an associate.

When she’s not working, you can find Kate at the barn training her young horse, Gizmo, or teaching riding lessons. A true Pisces at heart, she’s also a lifelong bookworm who loves disappearing into a good story.
