Gwenlynn “Gwen” D’Souza

Gwen D’Souza focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability matters. Gwen brings a wealth of experience to her practice where she guides clients on litigation risk and strategy and represents them during litigation.

Gwen came to GodwinTirocchi after serving as an administrative law judge for both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Before those appointments, Gwen had a lengthy career in private practice. She represented clients in matters before administrative agencies and trial courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Gwen attended The Catholic University of America and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a Juris Doctorate.
