Former Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Lynn Oh Joins GodwinTirocchi as Partner

Lynn Oh served as a Commissioner with the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission from 2019 through 2024, having been appointed by Governor Larry Hogan. Her tenure provided her with comprehensive knowledge of the Commission’s operations, regulatory framework, and the evolving landscape of workers’ compensation law in Maryland.
Prior to her appointment as Commissioner, Lynn Oh was a partner at a prominent firm where she represented employers and insurers before all levels of the Maryland judicial system as well as the District of Columbia Office of Workers’ Compensation. Her extensive litigation experience includes defending complex workers’ compensation claims and providing strategic counsel to businesses across various industries.
Her judicial experience also includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Stansfield in the Circuit Court for Carroll County, Maryland. Outside of her practice, she maintains active memberships in the Maryland State Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland, and previously served on the Board of Directors for The National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary.
