Lynn Oh was most recently a Commissioner with the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission. She was appointed to the position by Governor Larry Hogan in 2019. Prior to her appointment, Lynn was a partner at a firm that focused on representing employers and insurers before all levels of the Maryland judicial system as well as the District of Columbia Office of Workers’ Compensation. She also served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Thomas F. Stansfield in the Circuit Court for Carroll County, Maryland. She has been a practicing member of the Maryland State Bar since 2004 and received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2004.
